Based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, most of our business is focused on north London and the northern Home Counties, including Beds, Herts and Bucks, but we are often called upon to provide our specialist products and services across the UK, and are happy to do so.

Lemon Glass was set up by Aleksandra Kubas in 2015, and she remains at the helm of the organisation to this day, managing all aspects of product design and procurement, installation and marketing.
Aleksandra lives and works in St Albans, as is a passionate supporter of community initiatives.
Whilst her work and family life doesn’t allow for too many hobbies,
Aleksandra helps to look after the local Girl Guide group, and is also a keen climber.
Supporting Aleksandra is a team of administration staff, and three installation crews.
Before we provide any quotation, we arrange an initial site visit and ask for any supporting drawings, window schedules and details of your preferences and requirements.
If you are unsure of the product you are looking for, we will assess the style of your property, your individual needs and your budget in order to give you the best advice, the most appropriate recommendations and the most competitive price.
We will provide a clear, detailed quotation that meets your requirements, and also suggest any options that will help you to obtain better performance, improve the aesthetics and give you better overall value (i.e. designing out any unnecessary costs based on the original specification). Our estimators are always available to discuss the quotation in detail to allow you to review and develop the specification and, if required, we can provide test data and timber samples to support the quote.
Once you are happy with our quote, we will conduct a site survey which will enable us to supply and install exactly the right products, manufactured to precise dimensions and specifications.
You’ll receive detailed documentation which will include clear, easy to understand product descriptions. We will confirm all details of the order with you to make sure everything we fully understand your requirements, and only then will we ask for your authorisation to proceed to manufacture.
Once the production drawings and approval document are signed-off, we will progress to manufacture your products, and the lead time for most items is 6-8 weeks depending on your order.
We will organise installation at a convenient for you time and keep you up-to-date during the lead time and throughout the course of the installation phase.
Once completed, we will register a guarantee for all products, and provide supporting maintenance guidance. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will carry out the necessary remedial work in accordance with our product guarantees.
