In order to achieve the highest possible quality for our manufactured products, we have developed a 4-stage treatment process that involves the application of particular layers that are necessary to achieve a premium look and feel, with optimum durability.

The 4-stage process involves:

Timber impregnation – to protect the timber from fungal and other infection
Primer coat – to provide a consistent foundation for the finishing coats
Intermediate layer – a coloured or transparent stain or paint designed to maximise the visual appeal of the top coat and maximise its protective qualities
Double final coat layers – a double coat of coloured or transparent stain or paint ensures that the final product has a premium look and feel, and is protected against weather damage from wind, rain, frost or strong sunlight.

And to ensure we give you the finest finish, we offer any RAL or Farrow & Ball colours.
